Become a Governor in one of our schools

School Governors play a hugely important role in making sure that every young person is given the best education, opportunities and experiences possible. They work as a team, overseeing the work of the school, acting as a “critical friend” to the senior leadership team and holding the school to account for performance and development.

If you are over 18, passionate about education and about helping young people achieve their potential, why not consider becoming a Governor? We are always on the lookout for people who share the mission, vision and values of the Trust and who can bring experience and leadership to support and challenge our schools. We offer training and support to help Governors fulfill their roles successfully and our Governors’ network helps all our Governors to learn from each other and to share experiences and ideas.
