Job Title: Learning Assistant Level 2 – 2 Vacancies
Salary Grade: SCP 3 FTE £24,027
Actual Salary: Actual annual salary is currently £18,072
Working Pattern: 32.5 Hours per week, 5 days, Term Time plus 5 days 8.30am to 3.30pm
Contract: Fixed term until 31st August 2026
Start Date: 1st September 2025

We wish to appoint a Learning Assistant (Level 2) to join a team of caring, committed professionals. Hours of work are 32.5 per week worked over 5 days, term time plus 5 days, worked in accordance with service requirements.
You will:
- • Join a committed team of professionals who want the best for all our pupils.
- • Be expected to possess a strong knowledge of KS1 & KS2 good practice.
- • Be required to attach high expectations to empathy and care.
- • Be able to form strong and professional working relationships with parents and carers, colleagues and other professionals.
• Be able to exhibit a mix of hard work and initiative with a willingness and ability to follow school policies and procedures.
You must possess a L2 qualification or equivalent
