Management of Information

The Trust’s Management of Information framework ensures compliance with the UK Data Protection Principles, its retention of personal data and in providing a right of access to official information in line with what is permitted by the Freedom of Information Act.

The documentation below outlines how information will be managed to meet the Trust’s statutory requirements, fulfil its obligations and publish certain information about its activities.

The Trust’s Data Protection Officer is Joanne Buckley who fulfils the legal requirement for oversight of the compliance with data protection laws, these policies and support with developing guidance as required.
