People Strategy

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Every child who thrives in one of our schools does so because of the dedication, expertise, and care of the colleagues who work in them. That's why investing in our team isn't something we do alongside our mission — it's central to it.

Our People Strategy sets out how we'll attract, develop, retain, and support every member of our team, so that every colleague across our trust can grow, feel valued, and do their best work.

It's been shaped with our staff, not just for them. Our strategy was built on what our staff told us matters most — feeling connected, supported, and recognised, with real opportunities to grow in a culture where collaboration and fairness are lived every day. That's the commitment we're making to everyone who joins us.
