Strategic Plan

Since the Epworth Education Trust was formed, we have achieved a huge amount. Our schools have won awards, been celebrated by Ofsted, welcomed more children and, crucially, have strengthened and grown as a community.

At the heart of all of this is the ethos that binds us together – we want to do all we can for our children, our staff, our families and our community. We always want to go that extra mile for those we are fortunate enough to work with and alongside.

As we start to welcome more schools into our family, we are preparing for our next chapter. We are not restarting our story, but it is right to stop and reflect about how we can utilise our growing body of expertise and experience to further enhance the education, chances and choices that our children receive. Furthermore, our world is a dynamic one – and the challenges and opportunities that present themselves are constantly evolving. It is important that we evolve with them.

Our strategic plan sets out our approaches for the next stage of our development. If we are to flourish and succeed we all have to work collectively and collaboratively.

As I hope that our strategic plan highlights, our Trust provides a robust and innovative framework for those schools to excel for their individual communities.

Together, we can achieve more in partnership than in isolation.
